How do I get started?
Simply sign up for an account, choose whether you're an artist or venue, and complete your profile. You can start browsing or posting gigs immediately!
How does payment work?
On protected (on-platform) bookings, payments are processed securely via Stripe, held until the gig is completed, and released to the artist automatically after completion. If both parties agree to self-managed (off-platform) payment instead, the organizer pays the artist directly. PlugVerse keeps the contract and records but does not process or protect that payment.
Are contracts legally binding?
Contracts created through PlugVerse are agreements between the signing parties with electronic signatures. Both parties receive a copy for their records. PlugVerse facilitates contract creation but is not a party to any contract between users.
Can I manage a band?
Absolutely! PlugVerse includes comprehensive band management features, including member roles, revenue splitting, and shared calendars.
