On protected (on-platform) bookings, payments are processed securely via Stripe, held in escrow until the gig is completed, and released to the artist automatically after completion. If both parties agree to self-managed (off-platform) payment instead, the organizer pays the artist directly. PlugVerse keeps the contract and records but does not process or protect that payment.
Contracts created through PlugVerse are agreements between the signing parties with electronic signatures. Both parties receive a copy for their records. PlugVerse facilitates contract creation but is not a party to any contract between users.
Absolutely! PlugVerse includes comprehensive band management features, including member roles, revenue splitting, and shared calendars.
